Patrick Kavanagh - Partner

Patrick has been in the estate agency business for 24 years, working in the Ramsey, Huntingdon, March, Cambridge and Ely areas before opening an online business from home in 2006. In 2007 he opened Alphalets Letting Agency and in 2010 rebranded PK Estates to Kavanagh Hayes Independent Estate Agents. Patrick has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the surrounding areas, as well as many contacts. He prides himself on offering a personal, first class service to every vendor and purchaser and is always on hand to offer professional advice.

Alexandra Cooper - Office Manager

Alex is usually the first point of contact for all sales and lettings enquiries and has built up an extensive knowledge of the property market. She has been with the company since 2013 and deals with the day to day paperwork involved within sales and lettings. You will mostly find Alex in the office but she does carry out viewings when needed.

Karen Kavanagh - Partner

Karen has been with the company from the start when Patrick set up PK Estates as an online agency from home where she carried out all the administration at that time. Karen worked in the office when they came to Chatteris 14 years ago for some time and re-joined the team over 3 years ago to assist Alex with the daily office duties.
